Management will ensure effective delivery of the project, on time and within budget, by transparent and accountable procedures. Oversight is vested in a Steering Committee comprising representatives of the partners and meeting annually. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Executive Board consisting of the 8 work package coordinators.
